VBC THERM SYN 32 is a heat transfer fluid of alkyl benzenes type such as C14~C30 not containing mineral oil. I℃t is use℃d for application that require liquid phase heat transfer of indirect heater of various circulation system. The proper use of temperature is -20 ~320 as a chemical factory, dyeing factory as well as heating, indirect heating device of the general use.

Benefits

1. Auto-ignition temperature is very high compared to the normal mineral oil and competing products. So it has relatively low fire risk.
2. Oxidative stability compared to mineral oil type of competitive products is very excellent products. It generates less sludge.
3. It has advantages for maintaining cleanliness due to its excellent solubility compared to that of mineral oil type.
4. Can be mixed with general mineral type or alkyl benzenes type heat transfer
5. Easy to maintain for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metal by its corrosion
6. Excellent anti-foaming ability will not cause any problems during circulation

Stability

It generates less sludge because of its aromatic structures which is difficult to make thermal
decomposition.

Economic

Excellent heat resistance makes it replacement cycle longer and fuel consumption is low due to its good heat transfer characteristic.

Exchange period is short because thermal stability is bad. Local heating by sludge makes high fuel consumption.
