Description

VBC PLO-460 is new type plunger lubricant without graphite at all. 
This lubricant was developed for better working environment and extent life time of plunger machine unit.

Benefits

For above purpose, we combine special selected high heat resistant additives and mineral oil together. 
This lubricant is very effective to improve the strength of casting works and have excellent adhesiveness to metal furface

Typical properties

If you used it properly, this lubricant would be formed thin protective oil film and prevent plunger sleeves and tips from abrasion

Application

As best method to apply this lubricant , we recommend to apply it with automatic dropping system or automatic spray system. 
Usually, the above mentioned character keeps machine in good condition
