Description

As an additive for preventing too far pickling of hot coil, it has excellent corrosion prevention effect using minimum amounts. Especially, it has effect of minimum HCl consumption, an increase of HCl recovery and improvement of surface quality of strip after pickling

Application

As pickling inhibitor, it is possible to prevent over-pickling in pickling line

Use method

Concentration(0.3~0.8% of HCl concentration)
It is effective to input using a quantitative pump at outlet of HCl (refined) supply line. Recommendation before using
As weak alkaline material, when you contact this product in your skin, wash several times
using tap water and apply to the skin with care products.
When it occur residue, easily you can dissolve and wash by using water
